Anji Baygum's petition, 1911
Anji Baygum complains to Majlis about the new governor of Garus, ʻAliriza Khan, who has beaten her son-in-law (who is a descendant of the Prophet) and injured her as well. Anji Baygum sends her scarf and part of her hair that was pulled out by the governor of Garus to the Majlis as evidence and to object to his selection as governor.

Petition of Basir al-Sultan's wife, 1911 or 1912
Basir al-Sultan's wife has complained about the encroachment of the governor of Garus (ʻAliriza Khan) on her and her husband's rights. The Majlis writes to the Premier about this case. Since Basir al-Sultan's wife has not received a response, she is publiciizing her telegram to the Majlis in the newspaper Iran-i Naw.

Umm Layli's petition, 1911
Umm Layli complains to the Majlis that her only son was arrested and beaten by the new governor of Garus, ʻAliriza Khan, because her son worked with the previous governor [before the Constitutional Revolution]. Her son has now lost his senses due to the beating.

Petition of the mother and sisters of Sardar Amjad, 1921
Sardar Amjad's family members have complained to the Majlis about the trouble cause for them by the new government of Garus because of their familial connections to the former governor, ʻAliriza Khan. The Majlis asks the Ministry of Interior to report whatever they have done regarding Sardar Amjad's family members' call for justice.

A Jewish woman named Sitarah who kept wine in her house calls for help from her coreligionists when the agent of the office of Finance in Garus confiscates her wine. This causes a conflict between Nur Allah Ibrahim Zadah, the head of the Aliyans school in Garus, and Bahram, the agent of the office of Finance.

Petition of a Jewish man, 1911
Petition of a Jewish man who writes to the Majlis that he was supposed to marry a Jewish girl and had given her father, Sulayman, 200 tumans. However, Sulayman and his family converted to Islam, as a result of which the marriage was cancelled. Sulayman has now declared that the wrtier must convert to Islam (which he is unwilling to do) before he will return the man's money.

Qadam Khayr Garusi's petition, 1914 or 1915
Qadam Khayr Garusi complains to Majlis against Haj Mirza Abu al-Bashar, who has seized her properties after the death of her husband, Sayyid ʻAbbas. The Ministry of the Interior ordered the government of Garus to investigate the case. The Majlis writes to Qadam Khayr that her complaint has been received and is being dealt with.

Seizing Anvar al-Saltanah's inheritance
Salar Nusrat writes to the Majlis reporting that ʻAli Abad village, which Anvar al-Saltanah inherited, was seized by ʻAliriza Khan Mushir al-Tujjar. The Majlis writes to the Ministry of Interior to investigate the case and restore the right of Anvar al-Saltanah.

Fatimah Sultan, the daughter of the deceased ʻAli Akbar, writes to the Majlis that in the chaotic aftermath of the Constitutional Revolution, a group of people have attacked her village and pillaged her belongings, including cattle. She requests an investigation.
